Star Awards 2024, Singapore’s biggest night in Chinese entertainment, took place on Apr 21 at The Theatre at Mediacorp. It was a night of memorable looks on the red carpet and this year, watches were an essential element in pulling the celebrities’ outfits together.
In fact, the stars showcased a diverse selection of timepieces, ranging from elegant Cartier to vibrant rainbow-hued Hublot, petite women’s watches, an out-of-this-world Jacob & Co, and more.

JEREMY CHAN: HUBLOT BIG BANG UNICO KING GOLD RAINBOW
The Best Actor winner accessorised his white suit with the Hublot Big Bang Unico King Gold Rainbow, set with an array of gemstones including rubies, pink sapphires, amethyst, blue sapphires and more.
CHANTALLE NG: HUBLOT SPIRIT OF BIG BANG KING GOLD RAINBOW
Chantalle Ng also opted for a rainbow hue with the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang King Gold Rainbow, set with 164 coloured gemstones on the case, 58 baguette-cut gemstones on the bezel and 431 coloured gemstones on the dial.
DESMOND TAN: ZENITH DEFY SKYLINE TOURBILLON
Desmond Tan kept things classy with the Zenith Defy Skyline Tourbillon, which features a geometrical and highly faceted 41mm case.
ANDIE CHEN: IWC PORTUGIESER PERPETUAL CALENDAR
The triple-nominated actor opted for the IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar with an elegant blue dial and rose gold case.
ELVIN NG: SANTOS DE CARTIER
This Santos de Cartier watch with a brown gradient satin-finished sunburst dial just made its debut at Watches & Wonders 2024 two weeks ago, but has already made its way on the wrist of Elvin Ng.
REBECCA LIM: LONGINES MINI DOLCEVITA
Rebecca Lim matched her highlighter green cape gown with the elegant Longines Mini Dolcevita in blossom pink.
SHERYL ANG: BAIGNOIRE DE CARTIER
The actress and model also chose a tiny watch with the mini Baignoire de Cartier in white gold set with diamonds.
PIERRE PNG: JACOB & CO ASTRONOMIA SOLAR CONSTELLATIONS & PLANETS
Pierre Png’s timepiece of the night was the limited-edition Jacob & Co Astronomia Solar Constellations & Planets, which features a sapphire dome housing seven planets made of cabochon cut precious stones.
RICHIE KOH: CHOPARD ALPINE EAGLE 41
The actor went bold with a pink suit, accessorised with the sporty chic Chopard Alpine Eagle 41.
FELICIA CHIN: ARNOLD & SON PERPETUAL MOON ECLIPSE
Felicia Chin stood out with the Arnold & Son Perpetual Moon Eclipse, featuring a stunningly beautiful dial made up of an intricate composition of aventurine lace crystal, white and blue-tinted mother-of-pearl, along with diamonds, pink sapphires and blue sapphires.
ZHANG ZETONG: HUBLOT SQUARE BANG UNICO KING GOLD DIAMONDS
The Best Supporting Actor winner wore the blinged-out Hublot Square Bang Unico to go with his bicep-exposing outfit.
CHEN HANWEI: PIAGET ALTIPLANO ULTIMATE AUTOMATIC WATCH
The veteran actor made a statement with the Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Automatic Watch 41mm, which displays many of the 219 components of the Calibre 910P automatic movement on the dial of the watch.
