I want little to nothing to do with the A’s, one of the least talented teams in MLB. Alex Wood was also horrible in his season debut for Oakland, allowing 6 runs in 3.1 innings. Brayan Bello is a talented young pitcher for the Red Sox with a lot of upside, and he’s worth getting behind as long as the prices are reasonable. The A’s are going nowhere fast, and home field doesn’t matter given the lack of attendance. The Red Sox should win this game and the price could be steeper. Give me the Red Sox on the road.
