Why Vietnamese businesses need a community platform

Most small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam still find partners through personal networks, run operations through chat messages and scattered spreadsheets, and struggle to prove their credibility to new customers. • Sales & inventory – point of sale with barcode scanning and VietQR bank-transfer codes, inventory, invoices, CRM and cash book.
• Digital office – location-based attendance, task assignment, multi-step approvals, leave, KPIs, official correspondence, document storage and an internal newsfeed.

VBC Official on Zalo: run the business from a phone

Daily operations live in VBC Official, a mini app that runs inside Zalo with nothing to install. Shop owners sell, scan barcodes and accept transfers via VietQR; staff clock in by location, pick up tasks and submit requests; managers approve and track daily revenue. Users sign in once with their congdongdoanhnghiep.vn account and data stays in sync with the web version.

Associations and advisers: two pieces few platforms offer

What sets VBC apart is placing business-support organisations and front-line advisers in the same space as the companies they serve. Instead of hunting for a chamber of commerce’s phone number or a credit officer’s contact, a business reads the profile, checks the conditions and sends a request on the platform. Requests go straight to the adviser; VBC charges businesses nothing for the connection.

Free to start, paid when a team needs to run on it

Company profiles, the directory, news, recruitment and most community features are free. Companies that want the digital office and sales tools for several users choose a paid plan priced by seat, starting at VND 499,000 per month for three management accounts; the 10- and 30-seat plans cost less per user, and annual billing is 30% off. Companies on a paid plan receive a VBC Membership Certificate for use in their capability profiles.

What comes next

Over the coming months VBC will add automatic legal-deadline reminders by tax code, anonymised benchmarking against companies in the same industry, a member-referral programme and a network of member-to-member offers.
